Cetera shared initial information about your plan’s enhancement.

July

Stay informed

With your enhancements set for October, we’ll start to share more information.

In early July, be on the lookout for emails that include your new Cetera Retire Service Agreement, custodial agreement and plan document which you’ll need to sign.

August-September

Watch for important details

You'll be informed of dates for new submission procedures for contribution files, distribution and loan requests, and other transactions. We'll share those dates as we get closer.

A participant dedicated resource hub will be launched to help both you and your employees understand any actions they may need to take to prepare for their plan’s enhancement. Participant communications will also begin during this timeframe.

Setting up for success

Ahead of the go live date, we’ll email you all the details you need to access your new plan website and continue managing your plan.

Week of October 19: Completing program enhancements

Your plan has moved to the Cetera Retire Program. We'll let you know when your plan is live and can be accessed.
